Uttara's biggest attraction is that each sector is unique. There are multiple sectors in Uttara and each has its own attributes. There are numerous facilities in each sector and once you begin living in the location, you can check out each one of them. Some have great stores while others have a lot of tea stalls where you can stir up a conversation. The location is also improving drastically with time.
